Wow Azerbaijan!

Beautiful Azerbaijan!
The highest peak Shadag "King Mountain" hike last weekend in May.

Su, our guide (unpronouncible name) the pretty white pony and I met a very few individuals along the sheep filled valleys of the high Caucus mountains. Gorgeous scenary, beautiful weather and 1000's of sheep. Camron walking beside the horse, was an interesting multilingual (Azieri, Russian, Lesgian, English and another language I can't remember) sheep herder/owner (he claimed to own all the sheep within eye range at one point)/mountain guide. Bright as they come... You could almost see the wheels in his head churning around with all the new English words he picked up from us in our short visit. The dogs knew him too. We declined his offer for tea (chai) because we were absolutely knackered and it was about to rain. Thankfully the rain did not last long and by morning we had another beautiful day. Not too hot, not too cold. A Goldilocks day.
